Hi, I just downloaded the 0.9.6 binary version for linux, using it under Ubuntu 8.10.
I tried to play Final Fantasy XII but I always get segmentation fault after bios screen (other games run).
The same configuration in 0.9.4 worked (at least the game started).
In this version I can't even get to title screen.
Can someone confirm the FF XII 0.9.6 under linux is working or not?
Thanks

I don't have linux anymore (latest won't mount on my hard drive), so I can't confirm it one way or another, but what are the settings/plugins you're using?
and what version of ubuntu are you using?

go to the autoconf website and build 2.63?
you could also ask in the ubuntu irc room about it (I'm not that good with linux stuff)

I hoped there was a repo for autoconf... but no... so ok, it was a long way :-)
Finally it compiled.... launched, configured.
Now I select the ISO ... File -> Run Cd
I got a serie of normal reading and then it starts to print out in terminal:
"Pcsx2 Foopah! Frozen regs have not been restored!!!"
WHAT?!? :-)
