THAT is assisting lazyness, not even Dolphin has that kind of thing. Users should try to search a bit before asking questions, much more when these questions are likely to be answered a million times.

If you go and look long enough at the microsoft site, you will discover it is illegal to distribute the ms web installer.

We COULD have included the 90 mb dx redistributable though.... yeah right.

well, yea, you could have an ISO img for PCSX2 for torrent download with it. ingenious! (just kidding, but torent + dx distro = good idea?)
