i caught on the red error if i left the 1st time pcsx2's language settings at "System default" otherwise ALL plug-in settings fail to save.(pcsx2_ui.ini).

well i resolved it by selecting English(US).

none only chinese,japanese,korean for MMOs otherwise it display boxes.

Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner ran slower, I think this is an GSdx related issue, not pcsx2 itself.
