Yeah! What is your Graphics Card?

SPU should not lag as 3.20 Ghz is more than sufficient. I guess then its the Graphics Card.

Whats the EE/GS% when you get the slowdown?

Try these
  • Change the Round mode to Nearest and Clamp Mode to None in Both EE and VU's section.
  • Use Speedhacks : All the Reccomended ones and EE Cyclerate to 2 and VU Cycle Stealing to 1
  • Use Native Resolution
  • Use Frameskip : 1 to draw and 2 to skip. or maybe higher
  • Try Allow 8-bit Texture
  • Change Windows Power Plan to High Performance : Important
  • Use : PCSX2 SVN

Thank You. Smile

A graphics card consists of:
  • A graphics processing unit (GPU)
  • BIOS
  • RAM
  • Output interface (VGA, HDMI)
  • Motherboard interface (PCIe 2.0 x16)
  • Heat sink
Maybe some more components, but basically that's it.

a good idea here would be to show the windows assessment test. also by the way, intel GPUs are not good cards for anything. (I'm betting that aero will be the weakest link, but I dare to wonder what is the "4" that your system is being dragged to)

Laugh This what is called Knowledge. Laugh

Inbuilt Graphics will perform slower than other ones. I guess Graphics Card is the cause for slowdown.
Did you try the above settings?
