100 fps while game loads, fps drop to 10 when game starts

Hello. While my downloaded games on PCSX2 load,the fps are below 70,but when games start it drops to 10-20 fps by itself ! I tried using SpeedHacks and game fixes but it's still slow while playing. I tried all the advices about how to make game faster and it didn't work. I tried changing video and audio settings but that didn't work too. 

 

I am newbie here.

So - The games are fast while loading, but when they start playing (for example when I start battle) fps drop from 70 to 10. 

Please help me ASAP !! I'm sure some of you experienced the same!
