60 fps at all times how to force your pcsx2 to stay at 60/59 fps.

All right this is my first post to the pcsx2 forums so if i mess up i'm sorry.
1st.Download Advance System care to clean up your computer to make sure it run fasts and doesn't freeze or stuff like that. *snip*

2th.Download FPS limiter the progarm you'll be using to force pcsx2 to run at 60/59 fps.
*snip*

You don't need to install a thing just open up the progarm and click search then select your pcsx2 in progarm files. set your limit of fps for pcsx2 to run at make a shortcut to it and move it to somewhere you can open it up from easily.

Or just use PCSX2's built in frame limiter? Why would you need to do all this?

It stops your pcsx2 from dropping fps at all times you don't even need to config your pcsx2 to run it at 60 fps or have a good pc.
Also i would like you to do your research before you act like an a**hole.

It doesn't stop anything. You can't force a program to run faster than your machine can run it. Even if you are "forcing" 60 FPS, the game will still run at whatever speed your machine can handle. You can't use software to make a CPU do "more" than it can do. Computers don't work like that.

Maybe YOU should do YOUR research before calling someone who asked a simple question an ass hole. Have a warning for flaming, and your thread closed.

Possibly. If he/she/it comes back with more useless nonsense and rude behavior, well, we both know what will happen.

Also, I think I'll remove those links, because I have no idea if they are legit or not.
