I'm getting this when I try to run midnight club 3 dub edition remix


Offset 0xea000000 invalid. Legit SIGSEGV. Aborting.
pcsx2.sh: line 2: 60455 Bus error ./pcsx2


Anybody else have this error?
Any advice to solve the problem?
