60fps not working (KH2)

Doesn't matter what I do, kingdom hearts 2 won't work at 60fps even if the program is showing 50fps (http://i.imgur.com/3nLENXp.jpg)

Any tip? :/

Not sure if this can help but it is the NTCS version (spanish)

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

How it works? Should I play for a while and then post the emulog.txt?

Just load the game, then load your savedata in game (from memcard) and it should be alright

Why are you using ssse3 gs plugin? I would change that to sse4 or avx to start with.
