Well that document is still the 1.2.0 readme, so at time of 1.2.0 release these were true. We will reassess that information with the next stable release (1.3.0) so no point in doing so now

I thought the next stable release was 1.4.0
We're supposed to be working as a team, if we aren't helping and suggesting things to each other, we aren't working as a team.

That is correct, the next stable release would be 1.4.0. I'm sure that's what Bositman meant. As per this thread, even numbers are stable builds and odd numbers are development builds.
