true.
but as in many countries it's considered illegal too (i.e. in France), we consider it's illegal in those forums to make sure there will be no further problems.

so I'll close this, but theres is still something I don't understand : why downloading a game you own ?
Isn't it safier, quicker and easier to dump an iso from your disc ?
