AMD vs Intel CPU performance difference in pcsx2

Hi all,

Does anyone know the performance difference of AMD cpus vs Intel CPU in pcsx2, assuming same clock speed and # of cores?

By not supporting SSE3 SSE4, does it take a significant performance hit?
