more like the first mission, same problem happened with ACE 5 in my game, couldn't destroy bombers, nor fragates/big ships, crashing on water didn't made me fail the mission. Because i have also the US ver. of belkan war, and almost the same settings, i have to add that i have no in-game bug except the terrain texture glitch, videos are all messed up.
Now fully playable on latest SVN, collisions are working as they should. The graphical issues on hardware remain because of the lack of mipmapping on Hardware. If you have a decent cpu you should be able to run it on software.
Thanks for the update but we will need a full report to update the status (for example 'latest svn' will be pretty useless in a couple of days, reference wise )

I was able to reach the end credits from a fresh start as of SVN 5761 (I used the 5760 executable for reasons I have forgotten). Please note that I did not watch all the cutscenes nor did I test every aircraft in every mission.
Settings used:
GS: GSdx 5752 configured with D3D11 Hardware Renderer with the default settings. The graphical issues TeejayBR mentioned are still present.
Pad: LilyPad svn (r5403) configured to use DS3 (as Xbox 360 controller).
DEV9: DEV9null Driver r5684
Everything else is default, with the exception of the window's resolution, which I set to 1280x960.
Speedhacks Used: None, no MTVU either.
No HW Hacks.
Amount of testing: Medium
Played through the first two missions with a 100% save.
Comments and bug reports:
Game works similar to Ace Combat 5. Runs with 60 frames on 3-4x Native. No collision detection problems. Just like Ace Combat 5, had 6 evenly distributed vertical black lines across the screen and glitchy ground textures unless you switch to Software mode.
Unlike AC5, had black screen during the intro up until and including the Press Start section, but the sound was running which meant the game was running. I just kept tapping Start until it got me to the main menu.
The main menu had a black background and some pictures were not there, but switching to Software mode also fixes that problem.
Overall the game was in great shape, just like AC5.
