Add Configuration file for each games

Hi, i would like to see this option in PCSX2:

Save\Load ini file (under config menu) that contains all changes in ( Emulation Settings, Plugins, etc... ) that user made for each game.

So if i edited ( Emulation Settings, Plugins, etc... ) to make game like GOW or any game to be playable, i will save these settings to GOW.ini file.
So that i can load these settings when playing GOW

Also for other games too.

Because each game required species settings to get it playable.

Good to see a 3rd party software to do the job.

IMO if load\save within PCSX2 without a 3rd party tool will be Great.
