[Analysis Requested] Miseru99 custom GSdx

So I stumbled into one of the threads on this forum with a link to a website that linked to another website with the proper file:

I'd like to know if these GSdx changes were already merged into the main fork; also if Miseru99 has an updated version and if they're still working on this.

Wasn't sure where else to post this or if I should've posted in another thread. Search function didn't turn up relevant results that I could post within.

Miseru hasn't been around for a LONG time. Almost exactly a year in fact.
