Menu full speed. Ingame 10-20 fps. Get a better PC

XP won't help... That CPU and especially that video card are terrible for pcsx2. There is not really anything that can be done about not having a mid to high end modern PC.

Both cpu and gpu are weak,specially your gpu.so i think you wont get any good results,maybe some 2d games that can give you good fps,and note that i say "maybe".

Intel Pentium Dual Core 2.16 or Intel Celeron Dual Core 2.4 is better?
