Any chance I could run any game without the loss of FPS on my system?

Here are my specs:
i3 M330 @ 2.13
4GB's of ram
Geforce 335M
Win 7 64 bit
PCSX2 1.4.0 / 1.5.0
Xbox 360 controller

The Warriors: menus are so smooth, cut scenes are smooth but I have massive FPS drops at certain places. I usually get 44-55 FPS.
Def Jam Fight for NY: was a complete failure for me, even the main menu was pretty laggy.
TEKKEN 5: menus are smooth. Gameplay is laggy constant at 34 FPS
I am about to try SSX 3 and THPS Project 8 but my expectations are not high.

My EE usage is usually between %94-98. GS is %30-54

One last question: What would be the best configuration settings for my specs, I have been googling for the past two days but I don't seem to get it :/
Cheers guys!

play your games on your PS2.
your CPU has an overall STP of 752., which is too weak for pcsx2 (we recommend 1600)
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

No, you won't be able to play any of those games at full speed with that processor, but you could try very light games like Final Fantasy X or 2D games if you have some.

I could care less about the graphics or the resolution, I'm all about stable fps, there's literally no way to play any of those games just cause my cpu sucks? Oh man Sad

Edit: THPS Project 8 is unplayable due to graphical glitches and low fps.

Where do you find your CPU's STP score?
