KH2FM's audio is entirely from the English US version, so the new scenes they added are silent in game. This is not a bug and completely intended. There are Japanese variants of them that can be viewed in the cutscene viewer if you have completed both 2FM and Re:CoM.

There's also a patch to insert the English voices in those cutscenes, from KH 2.5 HD.
