Hum already updated everything, on windows update i got the Nvidea Ge Force go 6100 and monitor it should be updated too, its a laptop anyways where monitor basicaly wont need much other than video card drivers, i went to device manager to update from there too, and it shows updated (altough its probably some microsoft monitor driver)

My Laptop Monitor is WXGA, TFT LCD 17/ default resolution 1440x900 with vga card,
by default have two hertz options (59hz or 60hz)
by default seems using 59hz, i will choose the higher compatible available option to use (60hz)
Thanks for the advice Smile

59 hertz is unstandard, something is wrong.
it's terrible: 60 hz is very low.
60 hz is the maximum rate of your monitor?

Im not sure yet.. actualy all Laptops i had, always used monitor 60hz normaly... thats why im also degrading my w7 to 32bits... instead of using 64bits...

Well i can also use another custom hz and see if it works or not, what is the normal hz value you use on your monitor?

I think its a rounding-issue of the monitor-driver (or firmware). Because the NTSC standart has 59,94hz and not 60hz as assumed. I've got the same "problem", but it doesnt matter if I use 59hz or 60hz; I've got always ~59-61fps.

64 bits?
what's the brand name of your laptop?
also there's no geforce go 6 (notebook) driver available from nvidia website.
set your resolution to: 1024 x 768 (set the hz to highest available)
my settings: 1024 x 768 @ 85 hz, 32 bit (~4x faster, comparing to 60 hz)

Laptop Acer Aspire 9302 (Now with Windows 7" 32bit)
Monitor 17" WXGA+ CrystalBrite color TFT LCD
AMD Turion 64x2 Mobile Technology TL-50 (1.6ghz, 2x256kb L2 cache)
Nvidea GeForce Go 6100 (256vram)
1gb memory ram + 2gb memory ram (3gb)

Well about Windows 7" 64bits i was only trying cause of the processor i have, but only with 4gb or more you can take advantage of a 64bit OS.
As for Nvidea VGA GeForce Go 6100 64bits driver, windows 7" updates did give me the driver to it and worked out with no probs, but seeing my maximum memory is 3gb, its not worthy using 64bits, specialy with this monitor o.o

Your Emulator works ok tough with Nvidea setings on "tripple bufering" "forcing vsync" i can run that very much ok without any flicker.

keikeik: Make sure there is an "inis" directory in your epsxe folder. You can either make one manually, or you can just copy and paste your inis folder from PCSX2 into your epsxe directory.
