Right now I am literally scratching my nut trying to input codetwink code into pnach file so that it loaded my games.
I tried both, Omniconvert that convert Codebreaker V1+ and V7 into RAW. Well these two different setting yield different raw code and cheat is unsuccessful. I switched to CB2Crypt and tried converting without and with common V7 encryption.
I see Codetwink posted about enable some code to make sure these code work. Well, I tried that too and even convert it into RAW file. Instead of working, nothing happened and the graphics near the border screen became rainbow-ry and flicking, indicated my pnach breaking the games.
I am playing the NTSC (U) version of the games and my Bios file is NTSC (U) as well.

I don't know how did you convert them(they are working fine on my PS2 with codebreaker).
All of the codes for Grandia 3 in codetwink are using v1+ encryption and you don't need this "Enable Code (Must Be On)" to use cheats on pcsx2.
Did you enable from pcsx2 System=>Enable Cheats
Did you put the correct name/crc for the cheats/pnach name and put .pnach extension(not .pnach.txt)
Did you place the cheats in the correct folder
Do you see in the console:
Cheats found!
Cheats Loaded: the number of cheats

The cheats are reloaded again if you click on console scrollbar but normally you first must save your cheats and then start the game, not the other way around.
