The lag makes the game impossible to play, let me know anything I can do to make it run better?, any way to reduce the quality of graphics to make it run faster?

Try mesing with speedhacks, but you are never going to get full speed

First of all,you play it from disc or iso? (iso are better in terms of speed)

@ GSDX use DX11 or OpenGL ,Screen @ Native mode,no filtering,no 8 bit textures no asintropic filter.

@ Speedhacks enable all,but not move the two sliders.

@ EE/VU0-1 Clamping mode use Chop/Chop and None

Try also defragment the hard disk of your pc and disable antivirus (stay of course offline,when play)

@ Audio use 1-Linear and Directsound..
