Attempting to map keys, ESA FW Update?
#1
Seems that each time I try to map my keys, if I don't mash the key I want, it comes up with:

Device | PC Control | PS2 Control
DX ESA FW Update | Fan Speed- | Right

Granted, I have EVGA Precision installed... but I somehow don't think it should be coming up like that.

Under the general settings tab, the "Device Diagnostics" box does have "DX ESA FW Update", but I've no idea how to disable/remove that.

Uh yea, some Keyboard / Mouse / Gamepad / Makro recording software is interfering.

I realize this is an older thread but I had the same issue with my XBOX controller. I thought I would share my fix.

On PCSX2: config > controller > plugin settings > general tab:
Uncheck DirectInput
Uncheck Monitor when in background.

You should now be able to map your buttons without an issue.
