Audio Issues (Stuttering)

The PS2 games play fine on my machine, but the audio always lags like crazy.
I am using the original plugins and the default settings. 

The game that is acting up the most is R-Type Final.
So what can I do?

Go into the XAudio 2 settings and change it from TImestretch to Async and it should fix the audio lag.
