So Is There No Fix For The Dragonball Budokai Pal Flickering ??
I get consistent 60 fps but the flickering puts me off a lot.
I was using the gsdx 14 build(the default one which came with the emu) and the game was flickering badly. I dled the 15 build and updated the dx to march 2009 and now even the intro where is flickering. lol Any help would be appreciated
My Specs
CPU - E7300 2.66 Ghz
GPU - Nvidia 9400 GT
RAM 3 gb

using the NTSC one, but using DX10 seems to have no issues, except Super 17
