Because for Gran Turismo 4, community recommend Full PS2 Mipmaps

We deal with mipmaps automatically, you don't need to manually set it.

As for the issue, we recently updated something this game uses to make it emulate easier, it could be a bug there, we'll check it out

I hope this can be fixed.

Same in Gran Turismo 3 / Concept (blue screen / red screen). PAL releases; Vulkan @ Windows 10.  Another bug: headlights are visible through objects ( Blending Accuracy Level = High). Wacko

Quote:GS/HW: Fix blue screen in GT4 transitions

This fixes the blue / red flashes in GT3 / GT Concept, too. Happy
