8600M GS is waaaay better than 9300M regardless of if it's ddr2 ddr3 or whatever. 3650 is somewhere inbetween them.
Better processor doesn't mean better speeds with PCSX2 these days, especially with Cycle Stealing Hack. Many games are GPU limited.

Well yeah, I just want to make sure what ever i get has at least a 2/4ghz dual core and a 8600m. > <
Does anyone hgere know where to get a decent laptop for 700 bucks with those specs.

It's pretty much that or a crappy graphics card like an ATI 3100/3200 or an nVidia 8200/9300. Which would make me want to barf if I ever owned a computer of any sort with those graphics cards.
It's not like he has a lot of options with his price range.
I guess my best advice would be to save up a couple hundred more and be able to actually afford a good solid laptop. Just about anything under 1,000 is not going to be all that great for gaming of any kind.

He just needs to save +200-300$ and get a normal laptop if that's what he needs.
