is there a way to change the GS window background to black , grey is too bright if you have a widescreen and play on 4:3 aspect ratios.

Just use "Stretch" in the GS/Video options and then press F6 while playing to change to 4:3?
 That background color is linked to the "Application Background" setting in the Window Color and Appearance settings of your windows if you want to change it.

oh noooooooooooooooooooooooo -.-
that means either black folder backgrounds or bright GS background .... but the stretch + F6 works great (didn't think it would work that way^^) thank you <3

Black folder backgrounds is another setting :o
