Gran Turismo 4 will run best on 1.5.0 because vram usage has been greatly reduced.

As for dedicating ram to igpu what motherboard do you have?

I solved my problem with your help.

This is just for anyone else in the same situation.

Note I am using a Desktop PC.

How to Increase Intel HD Graphics Dedicated Video Memory

Now what I had to do is go to my computer's BIOS to do this.

To enter the BIOS first shutdown your computer

 then turn it back on and hold F10 until the bios menu pops up.

Note: BIOS Options Vary

For the Intel BIOS you will have something similar to:

File | Storage | Security | Power | Advanced

Go to Advanced

then Device Options

and change the value of

ICD Memory

By using the arrow keys at the bottom of the keyboard.

(right arrow key to increase gpu's ram)

Use this guide to increase virtual ram to your iGPU 

If you have: You can increase the amount of vram on your gpu to.

2GB : 256MB

4GB: 512MB

8GB or more : 1024MB or more

      I have 4GB.

*Note this will take 512MB out of my 4GB of RAM for non-graphical use*

Press F10 to accept the changes.

Press it again to go to the menu to exit

Use the enter key to save and exit.

Your pc will reboot and you're good to go.

Okay, so I tried Timesplitters 2 on 1.21 and well. I had better graphics.
But very choppy video lag and audio lag..

Would you recommend the speed hacks?

If I were you I would set it to use 1gb. 512 seems a bit too low

As for speedhacks I have usually all enabled. I avoid using the EE cyclerate and VU cyclescaling. You could play around with those sliders as well and see if you get some better performance. They may work for one game but totally break another.

True -.- . I think what I should do is separate the games I'm trying to play into two groups.
Ones that are better optimized for 1.2.1 and ones for 1.4.0
and maybe figure out how to get 1.5.0 if its available .
edit1: wow I must be blind, I'm so tired I looked over it, I haven't slept..
Anyways..
Then I'll have to find out which version I should enable speedhacks on and which one I shouldn't.
But honestly all and all. Speedhacks make things choppy for me apparently even though I know which ones shouldn't.
Most of these games are two player. As they are to play with when my friends come over.
I'm trying to make the ultimate entertainment system with what I have in a race against time.
