i never said that, i just said that my cpu cant handle it at 60fps all the time and STILL i can RECORD WITHOUT FRAMEDROPS

hard to understand ?

Well there you go. An FX 8350 is not a super powerful CPU for PCSX2. However, most likely the reason you can maintain fullspeed is because you've got 8 cores, which puts FRAPS/OBS on a different core than PCSX2.

my friend can easily run that game far above full speed on his 8350 at 6x native using a r9 270x
