Best Settings Metal Gear Solid 3

Hi.

I want record some let's play from game Metal Gear solid 3 using PCSX2. Somebody have best settings to run this game without lags ? I want run it at 1280x720 16:9 . I have found some settings in internet but its not good look :

Sofware mode is not good. I have better graphic hardware mode. Why that blue stripes appear ?

because the game expects x resolution and you provide it y resolution
