Best settings for high end pc?

Hi, im getting some random fps drops when i'm near cars (in gt3 & gt4), I've trying almost any config in the plugins but I can't find the correct one to my system.
Anyone can help?

My system:
- CPU: i5 4670k
- GPU: GTX 760 2GB
- 8GB Ram 2133GHz
- Windows 8.1

Keep your resolution in "Native" or "Native x2" you might get away with and enable the MTVU hack.

what version of the emulator are you using and are you running from the disc or iso?

I'm running the latest pcsx2 availavle in the website (1.2.1) and running the game from the iso.
