Set your windows power plan to high performance and make sure your laptop is plugged in (not running on batteries).
Use recommended speedhacks (except MTVU) and software mode since your GPU probably don't handle hardware mode.

This way, you should be able to reach 35 fps.
Then, you'll end up playing on your real ps2 since that laptop won't be able to give you satisfying performances.

Edit : you'll get 35 fps in kingdom hearts. The other games you mentioned will run around 5 fps, maybe less.

The CPU is more important than a GPU/video card, especially the single thread performance. And your CPU has a weak single thread performance of about 800. To run most games well you want about twice that number.

And for :
Jak And Dexter - The precursory Legacy
Resident Evil 4
Final fantasy X?

Please give me a screenshoot of the speedhack's settings

Final fantasy 10: about the same as kingdom hearts.
The 2 others will be unplayable.
