Is it better to turn off speedhacks like a cycle EE/VU, whether it is better to leave on, just in case and will not be the difference? (of course if I have steel 60FPS)

Emulation is most accurate in general on the default settings.
Speedhacks are just to help increase speed if necessary.

Use as little as possible,
but make sure you can enjoy the game. Wink
