Bios swap disc freeze
#1
So, I boot into the bios, then I try to insert an ISO image, and reset works just fine, but swap disc completely freezes the emulator https://gyazo.com/00606de1ac9f65f8ecc05f7f9c0b57ed

there's this clamp mode right before it freezes, and I tried to disable clamping mode, but that doesn't help

any help?

I explained what's happening in the other thread you replied to - once you swap discs automatic gamefixes are being applied and in this case this one breaks the BIOS. What I'd like to know is why you are trying to swap discs in the BIOS anyway?

Why do you even want to do this? Just boot directly from ISO.

Yeah, we are curious as to why you want to be stubborn and not boot directly from ISOs like what was suggested to you. Because what you're trying to do is simply not going to work, plain and simple.

But if we know WHY or WHAT you're actually trying to do, we might be able to figure out a different method on things to do. But right now we have no clue behind your motives as to what you're trying to do.

Well PCSX2 isn't built that way and it won't work well.

You know what also works on a PS2? Having the disc already in the drive before you switch it on Tongue
