Black Screen ; Game: Urbz Sims in the City

Hey, I'm monique and I'm new pcsx2. I cannot figure out how to fix the error I am receiving.
I Had Pcsx2 on my laptop , and when I played the game there I didn't have any problems. Everything just kind of worked on it's own;however, I wanted to play the game on my Desk Top because it runs more smoother.

So it starts up, it shows the little squares and then shows Playstation, then nothing. I have power Iso. I installed imgburn, but I'm not sure how to use it.
The version I have for Pcsx2 is 1.2.1

That is the error I get. I'm assuming it is for the iso file? It can't read it or something? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Yeah it looks like you need to remake that ISO. Run IMGBURN and choose Create Image File From Disc. Use the box to choose where to save it and give it a name, and then push the button to start. That's all.

At the bottom is a picture of a disc with an arrow pointing to a piece of paper. That is the button that starts the ripping.

I don't think also that her PC will make that game even run. It's a E2-1800 that runs at 1.7 ghz on both cores.

Sounds like it's at least a bit better than what she was using before though.

Ohh no doubt Blyss, but still dualcore at 1.7ghz is seriously stretching your luck though heh.

With a single threaded rating of 453 I wouldn't even expect it to get full speed on 2d games >_<

Also, that's a laptop processor. But she said it was her desktop?
