Black frames / flickering

Hi all,

I have been looking through the forum, but I have a rather strange problem - PCSX2 works great but there is a black flickering whick happens once every 10 seconds or so. I tried changing all of my settings, but it seems to be there always. I have a very powerful PC and the performance is great, just the annoying black flicker. I am using the DirectX 10 version of the GSdx plugin, but every version has the same problem - I tried the beta plugin as well.

Strangely, ZeroGS has no problems with flickering (but other things I can't do so I prefer GSdx).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

PC Specs:
Intel i7 860
4GB RAM
GeForce 8800GTS 512MB

PCSX2 Settings:
Everything default, but tried changing everything - mostly a standard installation. FPS limit is on 60, no frame skipping.

Plugin Settings:
Tried windowed, full screen, every resolution, DirectX9, DirectX10, Hardware rendering, Software rendering, AA on/off.

Games: Kingdom Hearts 1 & FFX.

Try the last interlacing option in the GSDX GUI. for changing it on fly use the F5 to toggle between the modes. Still it is for the common flickering (image trembling) for those black things I don't know what it is ever.
