Hello Minh, and welcome to the forum!

The NTSC-U version of Devil May Cry works fine for me since 0.9.8. And according to user reports, the PAL version works fine as well on PCSX2 1.0. DMC is one of the major titles. There are few known minor issues.

You should provide at least your PCSX2 version and settings. It makes things easier. And where do you get the black screen? When you're playing or the game shows nothing, just black screen?

Use "Fast Boot" instead of "Full Boot".

There were several people who got the black screen with DMC1 due to bad ISO. What is the size (in byte) of your ISO?

In case it's not a bad rip problem:

According to wiki PAL version of DMC 1 had a problem with intro/menu and SPU2-X plugin;p, it was said to be fixed, but possibly not tested enough.

Just to make sure, when you upgraded to pcsx2 1.0.0 you removed previous version before or installed the new one ON the old one? If you just installed new on old, you're probably still using old plugins;p and well that's a problem here. Make sure you're using new SPU2-X plugin before trying again.(Config>plugin/bios selector>SPU2 - choose the one with highest number)

Can you try the latest SVN build? There was some small issues in the 1.0.0 release which have been fixed since.
