I am a member to the PCSX2 Forums for a while now but... I just wasnt online.. because I was mostly visiting the Dolphin forums!(if you go to Delfino Plaza you will see numerous posts by me... and now YES!!! I HAVE MY 3RD STAR!!! ) and now a question:

Seriously...lol...

I'm very sure that all the people Bositman banned were idiots, stupid idiots, pirates, stupid pirates or all of the aforementioned.
Also 867.665 is not that big of a number, as a moderator on another forum i have added whole countries to ban lists due to the very high number of spammers(or bots however you prefer to call them). The number of actual users that i banned is almost 1.5 million (1.468.233 to be exact), this is not including IP range bans XD . Most of them being like 3/4 spambots and 1/4 people so stupid they should be banned from the internet.
I have heard that that forum has a total banlist of about 6 million entries but i cannot verify that since i only have access to my banlist(the forum admins having access to all banlists), this is so that only the moderator that has issued the ban can remove it.

The only downside to this system is that i must frequently deal with emails that come from legitimate users in banned countries(these emails are sent automatically by the forum to the moderator that is responsible for banning the respective user, be it an account ban or just an unlucky user being in a banned IP range). In this case i usually add individual IP's to whitelist.

Whew, enough bragging on my part.
@OP: I congratulate you on that 3rd star you got there ,but ill never be able to give a damn about how many stars i have or how many points of reputation i got . Nevertheless if those stars you mention are made by making posts that help users the only word is : CONGRATULATIONS !!!

A lot of people don't read the rules or ignore it.
They know it's something logic or implicit if they cross the line than they are out,they know

it have been known to me since you went to military service and i was like Greece isn't in a "War" state it don't have military service
