Breath of Fire V Help

Hey everyone, new to this forum. I can not run this game at normal speed know matter what configuration I have tried thus far, the opening credits movie and main screen will work fine at 60 fps, but when the game starts it slows down to as low as 11 fps. Does anyone here have some fast configuration tips or perhaps know some plugins or bios that work well for this game? My specs are as followed

Dual Core
NVIDIA GeForce 6150 / nForce 430
3/4 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE Graphics Card
2.6 GHz
