Budokai 2 & 3

I tried running these games, but i cannot seem to get more then 30-40 Fps. Its not like it are high demanding games, is it?

Speccs :

ATI Radeon Hd 3600 Series
2GB DDR2 Ram
2.2 Dual Core Processor

Pcsx2 requires much CPU to play games at full speed, you need at least a dual core 3.0GHz

What PCSX2 version? What settings? What plugins?

DBZ Budokai, or Budokai Tenkaichi? that does make quite a difference.
