Tried playing directly from your original physical ps2 DVD ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

Tried updating your GPU drivers ?

Try disabling widescreen hacks

Maybe your igpu isn't supported, try pressing F9.
We're supposed to be working as a team, if we aren't helping and suggesting things to each other, we aren't working as a team.

Tried disabling widescreen hacks, also pressed F9 only turnt my screen blank. currently checking for updates for iGPU
