Budokai Tenkaichi 3

I looked up a configuration guide and the guy I was watching had similar specs as I. This is a laptop. I only get 35-60 FPS, but no stability between those numbers, don't get me wrong these are great numbers for me, I just want some stable FPS if that is possible, thank you for your responses.

My specs: Operating System = Microsoft (build 9200), 64-bit
Physical RAM = 3554 MB
CPU name = AMD A6-5200 APU with Radeon HD 8400
Vendor/Model = AuthenticAMD (stepping 01)
CPU speed = 1.995 ghz (4 logical threads)
x86PType = Standard OEM
x86Flags = 178bfbff 3ed8220b

You can use all recommended speedhacks at first and test how that helps with the fps...


What are your EE%, VU% and GS% (title bar in windowed mode) readings during lags?

EE is 50 to 80 percent
GS is 60 to 80 percent and
VU is 15 to 35 percent.
