I don´t know how to fix a grey wall on aragorn it's like a fog, only disappears when I use Direct3D9 or 10 software but slows the game

use sw rendering threads , if you have a multicore processor, and try using some hw hacks just in-case to check whether, the problem is solvable using hw mode.
