[Bug Report] Destruction Derby Arenas PAL

-IOP: Recompiler (Same As EmotionEngine)
EE/FPU:
-Round Mode: Chop/Zero
Clamping Mode: Off
Flush To Zero- Yes
-Denormals are Zero- Yes
VUs:
- VU0- MicroVU Recompiler
- VU1- Same as VU0
Advanced Recompilers:
RoundMode:
-Chop/Zero
-Clamping: None
-Flush to Zero- Yes
-Denormals are Zero- Yes


Plugins used:
-Gsdx 0.1.16 HardWare, SoftWare, DirectX 10, DirectX9 (tried all)
-SPU2-X 1.4.0
Game fixes: Not used
Speed Hacks: Not Used but: Also tried with EE Cyclerate, VU Cycle Stealing and others

Problem Description: Textures, and Geometry bad, some of models are invisible, there are some flickering textures, game runs smooth, but it's unplayable because of graphics..
