"Reference device" is only for debugging if I remember correctly.
It would be good to set the adapter to "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti". This might be the "default device" for your system but to clearly specify it is never bad.

The next combobox defines the output renderer: DX9 or DX10/11 in Software/Hardware/Null modes. Maybe you can set it manually to DX11 (Software) just to be sure.

I have tried all the combinations including DX11 (Software) .still have problem

I think it should be ntsc because it is traditional chinese version

In your first post, the bug seemes to be fixed for the pal version.
If you edit it so as it fits the bug reporting template, I'll move it to the bug reporting section.
