Bug Yu-gi-oh Duelist of the Roses

Hey ,

i am trying to play this game on my emulator but i am experiencing the same bug as this guy : http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-I-need-he...Gi-Oh-DOTR

my specs

• Intel ® Core ( TM) i7-4510U CPU
  
• 4 GB Ram
  
• NVIDA GEFORCE 820M OS Windows 10
  
  
• The version of PCSX2 i am using is 0.9.8 
  
  
• I am trying to play Yu-gi-oh duelist of the roses on iso
  

I know the problem has something to do with the dev9 but how do i get and install a newer version and when i try to configure it it says '' this space intentionally left blank '' so i cant change it.

moving to support until it's shown that a newer version of PCSX2 has the same bug that cannot be fixed with different settings.
