[Bug report] PCSX2 crashes on ubuntu 9.04

CPU & all plugins default

when i load roms and go to "execute" PCSX2 crashes, however it works when i boot into vista. all dependencies are installed.

... moved until confirmation. I doubt it's an emulation issue. I'll let someone see it though

@Saiki: after i did that PCSX2 launched and the game crashed, however this time the terminal was open so i saved the output

Well. Sometimes this is happened. Try to run bios, first, not real game. Oh, I hope you use proprietary videodriver?

PCSX2 crashes when i choose "execute" (bios i guess). it actually crashes when i run bios on pcsx2 on vista (64bit) too, but it doesnt crash until the animation ends and the memory cards are supposed to come up. but on linux (32bit) it doesnt even get that far, it crashes right away.

i dont think a proprietary driver is available for my video card. i've never had problems with the video driver i'm using now, i run mupen64plus and PCSX (PSX emu) without issues.

yes, and a lousy card at that, sorry. if you can get a nvidia card, you're much better off. I still think that intel will NOT run pcsx2 on linux, no matter what you try

you say that but i didnt have any trouble getting it to run on vista (64bit version at that) and but it won't run on ubuntu 32-bit.
