For me i see the images the other way around its 1.6.0 on the left with everything on default except internal render resolution and the on the right is 1.7.0 with a speedhack i think it was called mtvu because for some reason on 1.7.0 i get between 10 - 20 less fps soo the speed hack allows me to hit 60fps and i have the half pixel offset to help with the ghosting though its still not perfect but it is less noticeable now but i find The game looks a little more blurry and less sharp then 1.6.0.

do you get the same issue when enabling mtvu speedhack in 1.6.0

comparison screenshots of your gsdx from both versions would still be nice

CRC hacks were removing on 1.7 which removed ghosting upscaling effects but broke others.

no i dont get same issue with the mtvu speedhack
