Buying a graphics card
#1
I am buying a graphics card and would like anyone's opinion on this matter.

There is a deal on an evga gtx 560 for $60.
The other card is an evga gtx 560ti classified for $100.

Which one should I get?

Why not save a bit more money and go for a 660? Smile

The lowest price I can find on a gtx 660 is $150. Which is a more than I can afford. It'll be gone if I tried to save up for it.

Just sell Alaska back to Russia that should pay for it. Ninja

If you are on a budget then the 560. My 550 TI runs whatever I want. The most GPU intensive areas of games can be handled at x2. Most games x3.
OS: Linux Mint 17.2 64 bit (occasional Antergos/Arch user)
(I am no longer a Windows user)
CPU: Intel Pentium G3258
GPU: Nvidia GTX 650 Ti

I got the 560 instead as the 560ti ain't much of an improvement. The 660 was already sold out.

I can't convince myself to buy last-gen hardware.
