You just have to extract the file(there is an iso file inside)and use fast boot, not full

Okay, but when I fast boot it, it works but it's complicated, I can't find any ISO images nor ELF files through the folders.
Fast booting the disc logs this:

What exactly is complicated?
Does it work if you mount the image, and select the virtual drive from the plugin settings?

And just as info, you are not very helpful, you just say that it's not working and that's all.
Don't just answer the question you want, but everything and post the console log.

If you are not giving enough information,it's even more "complicated" to help you

What information you want then? How do I even know if the information is relevant to this question?
Back to the problem, I mounted that test.iso, and launched it up using the cd/dvd plugin and it worked! But the other doesn't until I run the test.iso then it start to work up until when I shut down the pcsx2.
I was saying that the launcherelf is complicated, I mean the UI is difficult for me to use because I don't even know these random folders that it's displaying expect from the memory cards...

Like for example the console log..I don't want just the errors in red I want the WHOLE log from the beginning where it shows you pc parameters till the end of the log where you get the error.

The point was to see if you are doing everything correctly

And just as a side note,I also have similar problem on my pc...almost any game played from the disk or from mounted image(image created from the disk that don't work on pcsx2)gives me TLB Miss kind of errors.
If I run the game using the ISO Selector or Linuzappz ISO(old ISO plugin),then it works fine but if I play the exact same game from the disk or mount the image,I'll get TLB Miss(it doesn't happen with all games).
It doesn't look like a hardware problem(DVD drive)because I get the same results from a virtual drive

Hmm,now that I look at your thread again and mine,it seems the same

You think this is a PCSX2 bug? And sorry if I sounded harsh, I been trying to fix this for a long time, ever since I had 1.2.1 version of PCSX2.
Here's the whole log, I try to annotate it: (Good luck reading the large list)

I used full boot, for fast boot I do get TBL Miss... I mean a lot, mainly due to those widescreen patches, enable cheats, automatic game fixes and enable host filesystem. I'm not saying they cause this problem but TBL miss does disappear if those options were disabled but the disk still won't work.

Then sadly you have the same problem as me and since I didn't find a solution, theonly way to play games is by making images and use the ISO Selector
