CDVD Read Error

So I just downloaded this just a couple hours ago and finally got around to using it. When I start the program it loads up fine and take me to the playstation logo. But when I get to said logo, it gives me this: **CDVD READ ERROR, sector = 0x00091499**

I have no idea what this means and I'm not sure if I did something wrong during the installation

there are a couple things you may have experience trouble.

what booting type you are using?? boot-full or boot-fast?

and the ISO loading method in the CDVD command.
is it from directly from the "Iso" or from the plug-in based ISO loader e.g. CDVDoilio,Linuz-ISO

I've tried both boot-full and boot-fast. And I have tried to do it directly and through plug-in

Can you post the emulog?
